KS-42A (F) Particle Counter

The KS-42A particle counter allows for the first time the counting and size classification of 100 nm particles in ultra-pure chemistry. It is also a high-end liquid particle counter, which is equally suitable for ultra-pure chemistry and ultra-pure water (UPW).

Sophisticated calibration concepts document the extremely high counting efficiency of the system.

• Suitable for the most aggressive chemistry; also hydrofluoric acid
